Welcome to The Monastery Summer Festival 2023 participation form for creatives and immersive performers.

This form is for those wanting to participate as

  • Interactive performances – acts or dance acts that take place in the crowd.
  • Interactive performances – acts or dance acts that take the crowd on a trip.
  • Dancers – professional dancers or aspiring dancers are welcome to sign up. LED/Fire dancers (fire dancers require experience).
  • Art performances
  • Visual artists
  • Sculptures that can be placed on the festival site.
  • Creative Workshops – Classes where people can learn about POI dancing, drums, headpiece, soap, art etc. anything but spiritual are welcome to sign up.

We will discuss the fee indication with you.

Signing up as a festival enthusiast (not as a professional)?

You will receive a festival entrance ticket in case you are selected.
